• Meeting booking — name, email address, meeting date/time preference and optional meeting notes. This data is passed to Google Calendar and Google Meet to generate your booking confirmation.
• Newsletter subscription — email address only.
• Cookies & analytics — browsing behaviour, pages visited, time on site, device type, IP address. Collected automatically via Google Analytics (GA4) when you visit our website.
• Advertising data — interactions with our paid advertisements on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms, collected via their respective tracking pixels and tags if you have given consent in those platforms.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you requested.
• To schedule and confirm meetings, including generating Google Meet conference links.

• Google Calendar & Google Meet — meeting scheduling and video conferencing. When you book a meeting, your name and email are added to a calendar event. Google Meet generates a video link. Data is processed under Google Workspace's terms.
• Google Ads — we may run paid search and display campaigns. Google's conversion tracking may collect data about actions you take on our website after clicking an ad.

7. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Services

We may use the Meta Pixel on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect:

• Page views and website actions (e.g. contact form submissions)
• Device information and browser type
• IP address (hashed before transmission where applicable)

This data is used only to measure ad performance and to create custom or lookalike audiences for advertising — it is never sold or shared beyond Meta's platforms. See Meta's Data Policy. You can opt out of Meta ad tracking via your Facebook ad settings.
