Applies to: Meta (Facebook / Instagram) integrations
This page explains what personal data Harjog Solutions has collected through Facebook and
Meta integrations, and provides clear, step-by-step instructions for requesting the
permanent deletion of that data. This page is maintained in compliance with{' '}
Meta's Platform Policy (Section 3 — Data Deletion) and{' '}
Google's Data Safety requirements.
1. About This Page
When you interact with Harjog Solutions through a Facebook or Instagram integration — for
example, by connecting your Facebook account, submitting a lead form via a Meta ad, or
visiting our website while the Meta Pixel is active — some of your personal data may be
collected and stored by us or processed on our behalf.
Meta's Platform Policy requires that any business using Facebook's tools provide users with
a clear mechanism to request the deletion of their data. This page is our official Data
Deletion Instructions URL, as registered in our Meta App Settings.
2. What Data We May Have Collected from Meta Integrations
Depending on how you interacted with us through Meta's platforms, we may hold:
- Facebook User ID — a unique identifier assigned by Meta to your Facebook account, used to de-duplicate contacts and link ad interactions to form submissions.
- Name — first and/or last name as provided in a Facebook Lead Ad form or Facebook Login.
- Email address — submitted via Meta Lead Ads, contact forms connected to our Meta integrations, or Facebook Login.
- Phone number — if provided voluntarily through a Meta Lead Ad form.
- Pixel event data — anonymised or hashed records of page views, button clicks and other website events collected by the Meta Pixel while you were on our website. This includes hashed email addresses and hashed phone numbers transmitted via Meta's Conversions API (CAPI) where applicable.
- Custom Audience membership — records used to match your contact information to a Facebook Custom Audience for advertising targeting. Such data is hashed before transmission to Meta and is not stored in plain text on our servers.
- Ad interaction data — a record that you clicked on or viewed one of our Meta advertisements, retained for attribution and billing reconciliation purposes.
- Location data — city and country as returned by Meta's lead form pre-fill, if you agreed to share it.
- Business page interactions — if you messaged our Facebook or Instagram business page, we may retain a log of that conversation in our CRM.
We do not collect or store your Facebook password, payment details, health
data, or any sensitive categories of personal information through our Meta integrations.
3. How to Request Data Deletion — Method A: Via Facebook Settings
Meta provides a built-in mechanism to remove an app's access to your data and trigger a
deletion request directly from your Facebook account. This is the fastest method.
- Log in to your Facebook account at facebook.com.
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, click Apps and Websites.
- Find Harjog Solutions in the list of apps that have access to your Facebook data.
- Click Remove next to Harjog Solutions.
- In the confirmation dialogue, check the option "Delete all posts, photos and videos this app has posted on your behalf" if it appears, and confirm removal.
- Meta will automatically send a data deletion signal to us upon removal. We will process the deletion of all associated data within 30 days.
If Harjog Solutions does not appear in your Apps and Websites list, it means no
Facebook Login connection exists in your account. In that case, please use Method B below
if you believe we hold other data about you.
4. How to Request Data Deletion — Method B: Direct Email Request
You can also submit a deletion request directly to us by email. This method covers all
data we hold — including data collected via Meta Pixel, Lead Ads, and our CRM — regardless
of whether a Facebook Login connection exists.
Send an email to satnam@harjogsolutions.com with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your full name
- Your email address (the one associated with your Facebook account or lead form submission)
- Your Facebook User ID (optional but speeds up the search — find it at facebook.com/settings → Your Facebook information → Access your information)
- A brief description of how you interacted with us (e.g. "I submitted a lead form via a Facebook ad in March 2026" or "I visited your website and the Meta Pixel may have tracked me")
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete
the deletion within 30 days of receipt, in compliance with applicable law
and Meta's Platform Policy.
5. What Happens After Your Request
Once your deletion request is received and verified, we will:
- Remove your name, email address, phone number and Facebook User ID from our CRM and any mailing lists.
- Delete any Pixel-derived event records associated with your identity.
- Remove your data from any active Custom Audiences on our Meta Ads account.
- Delete any conversation history held in our Facebook / Instagram inbox tools.
- Instruct any sub-processors (e.g. our CRM provider, email marketing platform) to delete your data from their systems.
- Send you a written confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Please note that deletion from our systems does not automatically delete data that Meta
itself holds about you. For that, you must submit a separate request directly to Meta via
your Facebook account's Data and Privacy settings, or by visiting{' '}
Meta's data deletion request page
.
6. Data We Are Legally Required to Retain
Certain records cannot be deleted even upon request, where we are legally obligated to
retain them:
- Financial and billing records — invoices, payment records and transaction logs must be retained for a minimum of 7 years under India's Income Tax Act and GST rules.
- Legal correspondence — any communication related to a legal dispute, complaint or regulatory inquiry must be retained for the duration of that matter.
- Anonymised analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable statistical data (e.g. total ad impressions, aggregate conversion counts) that cannot be traced back to you as an individual will not be deleted as they do not constitute personal data.
We will inform you in our deletion confirmation email if any portion of your data falls
into these categories and cannot be deleted, along with the legal basis for retention.
7. Deletion Confirmation
Upon completion of your deletion request, we will send a confirmation email to the address
you used to submit the request. The confirmation will state:
- The date on which deletion was completed
- A description of the data categories that were deleted
- Any categories of data retained and the legal reason for retention
- A reference number for your records
If you do not receive a confirmation within 35 days of your request, please contact us
again at satnam@harjogsolutions.com.
8. Data Held by Meta Platforms
Harjog Solutions is a data controller only for the data it directly collects and processes.
Meta Platforms, Inc. operates its own data infrastructure and retains data about your
activity on Facebook, Instagram and across the web independently of our instructions.
To request deletion of data held by Meta directly, use the following resources:
- Facebook account data: Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information → Delete Your Account and Information
- Off-Facebook activity: Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information → Off-Facebook Activity → Clear History / Disconnect Future Activity
- Meta's data deletion form:{' '}
facebook.com/help/contact/540977946302970
- Meta's Privacy Centre:{' '}
facebook.com/privacy/center
9. Scope — Google Services
This page specifically addresses data collected through Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
integrations. If you wish to request deletion of data we collected through Google services
— such as a meeting booking via Google Calendar, a contact form submission, or Google
Analytics data — please submit your request using Method B above (direct email) and specify
that your request relates to Google-sourced data.
For data held by Google itself (e.g. your Google account data, Gmail history), submit a
request directly to Google via{' '}
myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
.
